Jtech National Ltd is a specialist plotter company offering a wide range of on-site assistance. You may require a one off break-fix visit or a full comprehensive support and care package for your machine.
Break-fix service
You will be quoted a fixed price callout and labour charge which is fixed regardless of how long the engineer is on site. The only addition to this charge will be when a spare part is required. Most spare parts are carried by our engineers and you will be quoted a price in writing prior to fitting. If we do need to order a part and return you do not pay any additional callout fee. You pay the original callout plus the cost of the part only.
We will invoice when the work has been completed and request payment within 5 days. This policy is available for most established clients.
Assuming that your machine is in a good working order, you will be quoted for a optional support package which covers all parts and labour for 12 months. This support package can continue for many years if required. Many of our clients have machines well over 10 years old.
